The pool is big and kids can play there. I saw I could swim without disturbing them. The hotel keep the hotel clean and well maintained.
The gym needs new equipment. It looked very poor. I believe they should invest some money in new equipment.

the staff always showed care. lily, the housekeeper, always kept everything super clean. the pool bar had bow serving great drinks. sow at lavazza always provided perfect coffee, I was pleased. the location was convenient, close to attractions. there were various activities that kept every kid occupied and smiling.
the balcony was tiny, barely fitting a single chair, so i couldn't enjoy it with my partner.

the room included good quality linen. tea making facilities were provided for convenience. the bed was big and comfortable, I rested well. toiletries were supplied in ample amounts.

employees are very helpful, always responding to needs. rose, at reception, assisted me with every query. some staff had minimal english, google translate became a friend. every member.

the restaurant had consistently good food. khom and dew served me well, very attentive. i ate at the restaurant every day, I enjoyed it. there was a wide selection of meals.

the location proves excellent, it is convenient to everything. the beach is only five minutes away, I appreciated this. everything a family need is nearby, no need to travel far. this is very important.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles. Zen and Palm gave a very informative hotel tour. The evening coffee was wonderful. Breakfast presented many choices including Indian, Thai, and continental selections. I enjoyed the pool bar's happy hour with its economical drinks and snacks from 4 to 8 pm.
I found only two complimentary water bottles provided daily, which seemed a bit sparse given the hotel size.

The hotel is near essential services. It is a short walk to shopping options. The beach is also easily accessible for seaside relaxation. Laundry services and a convenience store are conveniently close.
